Apparently these are some of the icons from the WP7 Marketplace.. yes some of them are hideous, I hope they they get developers to add better icons, ( if you have seen the icons on the iPhone App Store you will know what I am talking about, they look so good ). If you go through them some of them looks quite nice. If you look closely you will also see that there is a Music Hub AddOn for Youtube . We are not sure if there will in fact be a standalone App for Youtube but it looks like we will at least get a Youtube section in the Music Hub.

those are really ugly icons i already dislike the squares UI so putting some ugly icons just make it look crouded & ugly hopefully wp7 lets us use a custumization tool to use our own icons
@Jesus : I really don’t mind the square icons, the WP7 tiles are square and the icons staying square makes sense ( see the Yelp, GooSplat, Flowerz or the simple but elegant shoppinglist icon ) but some of the other ones are ugly ( sorry there is no way to sugarcoat it ) and I sincerely hope the developers put a bit more effort in to getting a good looking icons for their apps / games on WP7. I am not sure how easy or hard MS has made it for the developers ( in terms of restrictions on the icons for the app ).
Note to devs : plz let us know your 2c on the issue.
I think the square icons looks better than the round edge ones . It works for the iPhone but on a WP7 device I think the square ones are more natural. I think MS should ask devs to use square icons
