This handy power utility, created by XDA moderator DaveShaw, will allow you to shutdown, reset, put your device to sleep or turn the display off. Many utilities do one or the other, but not many give you the ability to perform all of these actions. One of the best features of this app is that you can skin it. You can change the background easily by looking in the app’s folder. Advanced users can edit the files to make their own theme.

The shutdown option doesn't work for ASUS P552w. There is an error message saying that there is no method found to shutdown.
