xBox Live WP7 vs Apple GameCenter
With iPhone every major game publisher had their own social networking system in place and to eliminate this and offer a unique experience across all games Apple stepped in with Apple’s Game Center which is available on limited iPhone / iPod models with the new iOS 4.1 , and we all have heard about xBox coming to Windows Phone 7. The folks from WinPhonia have written a 3 part comparison of the social networking aspect of mobile games from both Microsoft and Apple.

Compare, compare compare…. Does GameCenter have a HUGE following built on solid names like Halo and Fables and Grand Theft Auto?
When this phone comes out their will be a new group of main-stream fanboi’s not just us long time geek’s.

I haven’t been able to find anything myself, but do you know if the Xbox Live for WP7 will support party chat with friends playing on the 360?

I believe a Microsoft rep has confirmed that you can send messages to your friends on the console but voice chat is not something that they have planned for the initial version .
