Finally we have an early look at a photo editing app on WP7. Photo Caption allows you to add text, speech or thought bubbles, and create outlined posters on your WP7 device. The app is developed by PelnorSoftware an a demo video of the app was released on youtube which outlined some of the features of the app.

This should be a lot of fun, make my own captions to photos and create my own ‘motivational posters’ from photos I take. Looks like this will be a fun app and would get a lot of use out of it, with my sarcastic sense of humor.
