nearbyis a new Windows Phone 7 app developed by a team of grad students from NC State University, the app finds various POI in user’s vicinity. The app uses the built in GPS on WP7 and gives the user a list of places near the user, clicking on any of this entry will open up the location in a map. Check out the video for more info. Looks like they have more apps on the way.
