Dimaz Pramudya from dynamicslight.com has lifted the veil over his WP7 app, which was crowned as the the winner at the recent Melbourne Bizspark WP7 hands on Lab. ( we talked about the runner up yesterday ). Dimaz teamed up with Jonathan Hao to create a proof-of-concept application for Windows Phone 7. The resulting app ” Fuel My Car ” according to the developer its is a social mobile application that the user can use to find nearby petrol stations. Using the GPS capability of WP7 the app will inform the user about the closest petrol stations , it is also said to sport as favourites option and they will be displayed under the ‘favourites’ panorama item. The userc can also drill down and get more details about the petrol station ( including address / contact details and pricing ). Another feature that was highlighted was the way in which offline data is displayed to the user.
