If you are looking to display Simplified Chinese on your Hermes then this is the application you want. This does NOT add a Chinese input application / keypad. When you install this Internet and MMS configuration for China Mobile are added, these can be removed manually if not required. Keyboard layout is following Japanese model X01ht, so I guess for other models you will have to manually fix the registry.
This is the registry key that needs to be changed for those with different keyboard layouts:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oem\Qwerty
There is a key ‘Layout’ (in DWORD, hexadecimal) that needs to be changed to one of the following:
For default English layout: 20409 (132105 decimal),
Chinese layout: 20404 (132100 in decimal),
German layout: 20407 (132103 in decimal)

Note : some people had to HardReset their device after installing this coz it messed up their SMS. So plz Backup your device before trying to install this.
I have not tried this , and It looks like it will work only for the Hermes / TyTn Models.
