The Windows Mobile 6.5 SDKs provide documentation, sample code, header and library files, emulator images, and tools to Visual Studio that let you build applications for Windows Mobile 6.5. Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and Standard SDK are available. The WM6.5 Emulator has been available for a while now and I am not sure what the new things are ( if any ) in this release with the emulator.
