If you are still wondering why you haven’t got your NoDo update and your neighbour has, this could be a good place to look it up.

The update status for various phones in the US has been given very clearly in the table. The stages are:
1) Testing – The update is undergoing software tests from the operator
2) Scheduling – Operator tests are done and Microsoft is scheduling the update
3) Delivering Update – Microsoft has started delivering the updates for your phone. This might still take “Several weeks” because the updates are done in “batches”.
For the Testing and Scheduling phases, there isn’t any sense for when the update could go live. Looks like quite a few phones are in the “Testing” Stage for the March update.
