There is some sort of voice search on windows Phone 7. Apparently it can be invoked by holding down the search hardware button. About 2:20 in the video, the voice search pops up , it isn’t quite ready for prime time looks like that feature will come up in the future product demos .. building up to the release date in Dec 2010.

lol oops!

I'm telling you that there's going to be a TellMe.com story. It powers the majority of voice automated systems in the world (which is why MS bought them), it only makes sense to utilize voice xml.

btw, Saijo, you might be right that it was folded into another group, but it was never just a project. There are tools that seems to still work at https://studio.tellme.com/

But I guess we won't know much until MIX.

Any guess about that sensor/camera on the front of that prototype device? ;-)

could very well be TellMe ( I think MS rebranded it to Recite when they took it ) and one fine day they said they were going to stop that service… I had my suspicions about it making a comeback in WM7.. looks like we have to wait and see how it unfolds…

They clearly didn't want to show it off during MWC and it some how popped up in that video…

During Mix we might see some new Apps and Games ( I expect some real heavy weight developers to showoff some great titles )

Nothing on the sensor/camera sorry :(

Good points.

I've got a nagging suspicion that games.msn.com will be converted to “live-enabled” and might be part of the experience that can be consumed by the gaming hub. Plus, more facebook integration as well. I mean, they just announced the Toy Soldiers game for XBLA and I just saw someone tweet about it being available on FB.

http://twitter.com/trixie360 <–community manager for casual games on xbox live, but seems to be heavily involved with msn games as of late so I suspect convergence there.

The other shoes have to drop… that being Live Wave 4/ New MSN site/New IE… and it those don't seem like that HAVE to be revealed at MIX.. maybe before :-D

But, then again… we still don't know what's up with Pink/Turtle/Pure

I guess all the gaming will be coming under the one umbrella … Found some more info on xBox on WM7 here : http://gizmodo.com/5471950/how-will-xbox-live-w…

it is worth the read.. more of that is sure to come at mix10 ..

I haven't really followed the other Microsoft tech ( not with this passion ) .. IE and me we got a divorce ages ago… she has got a 3 click restraining order from my taskbar .. lol
