This looks like its for US only, TrapCall, is offered by New Jersey’s TelTech systems, the company behind the controversial SpoofCard Caller ID spoofing service. The new service is likely to be even more controversial — and popular.
Dont you hate it when you get a blocked calls and don’t want to pick up not knowing who it is? TrapCall, uses a loophole in the caller ID system ( calls to toll-free numbers are not blocked, because those calls are paid for by the recipient ) to reveal the numbers to blocked calls this is available as a free service , their premium account will also show the caller’s name as registered to their phone companies.
I wonder what will happen if you use ” SpoofCard Caller ID ” to spoof a call and the receiver uses ” TrapCall ” to identify the call. What ever happens at least one of the 2 has to be a FAILURE.
