Travel Expenses has recently (Sept 2009) been updated and revised. It is now easier to use, has more functionality, and bugs fixed. Great app.

The new version is out….1.3.4 with new features and just about all the bugs fixed that could be found in testing. It has gone shareware but worth it now that it has been updated if you travel a lot. Small price to pay for what it does.
And NO, I'm not the developer, only a user.
However, 1.2.6 works ok for most.
Seems like a great idea for people wanting to manage their expenses while traveling. If they haven't already, they should turn this into an iphone app.
