Touch Diamond2 CommManager for VGA and WVGA devices

caldito from xda-developers have ported the Topaz version of CommManager for HTC VGA and WVGA devices. Clicking on the on/off area on the far right will toggle the state of the desired operation , while clicking on the banner will bring up additional features for that specific menu.
