ThrottleLauncher has been fully rewritten and is working a lot faster and smoother than the previous versions, providing a completely refreshed UI experience. The changes include, between many other features, widgets for Facebook and an RSS reader, and much more flexibility for Theme developers. ThrottleLauncher has the unique capability to change themes (found on developer’s site). Download link after the break.

- Storage Memory: ~2 MB (depends on the themes installed)
- Main memory: ~7 MB (depends on the themes installed)
- NET.CF 3.5 installed.
- Windows Mobile 5.0 or Greatter.
- To use flash plugin you need flashplayer 7 installed.
- Any device manufacturer and screen resolutions are supported!!

See no sense in this Launcher. It is confusing to use, a bit slow, and adds little to graphical appeal.
Has potential, but needs another rewrite.
