There are very few finger friendly file explorer for windows mobile but if you are a fan of Alfonso Presa and his Throttle Apps you will love the new file explorer from hih called ThrottleExplorer.

Features:
* Multidisplay support (all screen resolutions!)
* Smooth and light.
* D-Pad support.
* Really fast navigation
* Copy, Paste and delete files.
* Create folder New folder.
* Order and grouping by Date, Extension and First Letter
* Groups can be collapsed.
* Fully skinable.
* Scrolling on the right moves directly between categories
* Fullscreen: Minimize using a top-down gesture.

Finger Friendly! The guy in the video's using a bloody stylus! HaHa that was enough for me! Quite Amusing!

he is using the stylus but when compared to the default File explorer this app is quite finger friendly.
