Three UK will offer 8107 to its Omnia 7 and Lumia 800

We received a tip from @ben_nemesis on twitter following a conversation between him and @ThreeUKSupport regarding his Samsung Omnia 7 and the expected 8107 update and if he would be receiving it or if he would have to wait.

Initially they told him he would not be getting the update…

@ben_nemesis Hi there, There’s no plans for this phone to get this update I’m afraid

They have since re-tweeted the following update on the matter…

@ben_nemesis @richedmonds I can confirm the Omnia 7 will be getting the 8107 update at the same time as the Lumia. Sorry for confusion yest.

If you are on Three in the UK and have either the Samsung Omnia 7 or the Nokia Lumia 800, You will be getting the 8107 update through normal means which eliminates the requirement of using my posted manual update method.
