If your phone is connected to your computer, you can directly deploy the theme to your phone.

Is this software compatible with the Sprint Mogul HTC?
Yes it is, it should work on all Win Mo devices, Resolution is VGA by default but you can change it to QVGA.. Check the tutorial posted @ modaco.com, link is given in the post :)
Was wondering if there is theme creator software for HTC touch diamond 2? or can i use this 1?
