Most of you all would know about Dashwire. Its a free service that allows to to sync and backup your data on the fly with the Dashwire website. You can share pics and videos with your friends and the best part is if you decide to change your mobile platform ( say from Symbian to Windows Mobile ) getting all contact info and PIM data can be a pain , well not with Dashwire.

The Boy Genius has got his hands on the much anticipated handset of the year the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1. So whats new other than optical joystick, to the 800×480 VGA screen, x1 apparently has  notification lights not just 1 or 2 but 4 !! There are 4 independant notification lights on the four corners of the X1.

Sony Ericsson’s much-anticipated XPERIA X1 handset specs are outlines in the new X1 White paper.

Most notably, Sony Ericsson has now confirmed that the device will ship with 256MB of SDRAM, in addition to 512MB of NAND Flash.

Device’s battery life

- 10 hours talk time using GSM.
- 6.5 hours using UMTS.
- 3.1 hours if you’re making video calls all the time.
- 3.5 hours required to recharge the 1500 mAh lithium polymer battery once its drained.
