According to on10.net AT&T, owners of Windows Mobile devices will get to enjoy free Wi-Fi at the carrier 20,000 hotspots across the United States. Starting September 14th, customers with a qualifying data plan ( you need to pay for a data plan and then they give you the so called “FREE” Wi-Fi access ) will be able to use their mobile phone at any of the AT&T locations shown here.
