WeatherBug is a huge resource for truly live, local weather providing users access to the largest network of professional weather stations in the US and thousands of locations around the world. Now they are bringing these to WP7 users with an official Windows Phone 7 app. As expected Windows Phone 7 Weatherbug app will use BING maps and can show animated weather patterns and get feeds from local weather cams. The app looks like it will have a live tile on the WP7 homescreen that will display current conditions in your chosen city, the ability of updating the live tile with push notifications that includes alerts/badges for weather warnings is quite nice.

If you launch the app by clicking on the live tile you can dig in to lot of additional info like weather forecast, observations data, pollen forecast etc. What do you guys think ? This app should offer more than the default weather app that MS will bundle with WP7, but in most case that will be enough.
