When cyberde couldnt find a tool to edit the weather database (xml) in Manila2D he decided to create one.

There are many applications out to notify us of weather conditions, but few actually show radar images. The ability to view these images can be very helpful in preparing for a coming thunderstorm. The app is still in early development, so this is a preview release. Test it out and give the developer some feedback.

Note: this will only work with US radar sites and it requires .NET CF 3.5
