bbonzz from xda-developers has created another fun pocket pc software for us. This time its the Rosetta stone. With all the power and without the weight of the original one (760 kg – 1,700 lb). Now you can carve your name on stone ( or a virtual one in your PocketPC anyways ) with the oldest human glyphs: Egyptian hieroglyphics, Cuneiform, Maya hieroglyphics, Runes, Ogham script and also in Klingon, the extra-terrestrial language.

A bit of history : The Rosetta Stone is a Ptolemaic era stele with carved text made up of three translations of a single passage: two in Egyptian language scripts (hieroglyphic and Demotic) and one in classical Greek. Created in 196 BC, it was discovered by the French in 1799 at Rosetta, and contributed to the deciphering of the principles of hieroglyph writing in 1822 by the British scientist Thomas Young and the French scholar Jean-François Champollion.
