BattClock lets users on windows mobile add a bunch of useful info about the device right on the taskbar. If you are a stats junkie and need all the available stats packed in to the taskbar this is one app you wouldn’t want to pass. The app also have a wide array of these available and you will most likely find something to suite your taste. The app bolsters a wide array of features and customization options.

BattClock

BattClock has been updated to version 1.6 . For those who dont know BattClock is a windows mobile freeware that allows users to add Battery status and time to your taskbar on Windows Phone.

Features

• Very small in memory: 1 Kb in memory (check it with a task manager)
• No CPU usage: 0.00 % CPU usage, check it with a task manager)
• Very small on disk: BattClock.exe 17 Kb on disk,
• Very efficient resource usage (clock update and measuring of battery percentage)
• No updates with screen off (only listen for screen on event), so no battery usage/drain by BattClock
• Show Time and Battery percentage above the top bar (default)
• Automatic detect settings the first time started, dependent of the screen resolution and colour.
• Time in format HH:MM or H:MM or with other separator, 12 hour or 24 hour clock
• Battery indicator in percentage, indication if charging (default battery percentage character % is changed into tilde character ~)
• Date in format DD-MM or MM-DD or with other separator and with or without leading zeros
• Free memory percentage indicator or MB, updated once per second, great to see if you have memory leaks!
• BattClock info can be a combination of above (Date, Time, Battery Percentage and Free memory) with a maximum of 3 lines out of 4 possibilities.
• Location and size: Clock width, height, X position, Y position and FontSize configurable. Separate settings for Portrait or Landscape. X position from the left configurable by negative value
• Color: Background and Text (Foreground) color configurable. Battery Percentage and Free memory can change color when a medium or low threshold has reached (3 colors configurable)
• Looks: Separators for time and date configurable, battery percentage character configurable (on power, on battery), free memory character configurable.
• Automatic runtime adaption of BattClock on Portrait or Landscape mode (with negative ClockX setting)
• Configurable realtime (settings changes reflecting immediatly in BattClock) via separate BattConfig program (required: .NET 2.0 or higher, does not work on Smartphone though)

btIO – a Bluetooth Mode Switcher accessible from the taskbar

It runs on on Pocket PC 2003 or higher and Windows Mobile 5 and 6 based PocketPCs with the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.

There are three icons:

Green BT-Icon = Bluetooth is enabled and in discoverable mode
White BT-Icon = Bluetooth is enabled and in connectable (invisible) mode
Red BT-Icon = Bluetooth is disabled

You can switch between connectable and disabled by simply pressing the icon in the tray bar. When you tap’n'hold the icon a menu apears that lets you set the mode you like, and lets you exit the program.

It is a freeware and will remain so.

Main features:
