In a recent survey of by 4,163 consumers by changewaveresearch.com, this survey focuses primarily on the North American smart phone market ( ratio of participants : 89% U.S. respondents and 11% outside the U.S ) .
In the matter of OS Customer Satisfaction Apple has got 70% satisfaction rate and Android comes in with 50% of users happy with the product. Windows OS with 27% satisfaction rate and RIM with 26%. BUT Windows OS mentioned here takes both Windows Phone 7 and Windows Mobile into consideration. When they are split up we see that Windows Phone gets an impressive 57% satisfaction rate and Windows Mobile gets 14%. So let us draw a different chart to show both WP7 and Windows Mobile .
