• Download splashchanger.zip file available from here ( you DONT have to extract it ) , but you can add 480×800 image in Windows BMP format to the ZIP file ( opening up the zip file and drag and drop should do it , then save the file ).
• Jump on to our Lumia wallpaper section for a lot of 480×800 wallpapers, you will need to re-save em as BMP as most of them will be JPEG.
• Deploy the entire splashchanger.zip file to your phone ( they work like a XAP , so use the same method you use to transfer XAP’s to your phone )
• Run the Splash Changer app and pick your choice of wallpaper for the splash screen.
