Sound Blaster
Sound Blaster is a sound effects app for Windows Phone, check out the press release below
Experience the circuit bending sounds of the 80’s with Sound Blaster for Windows Phone. Play four classic electro sounds; death ray, grenade, machine gun and stun gun, bending them to your hearts content with the multi-touch controls and pitch shifting dial.
Once popular as dedicated sound machines, these retro sound effects were later incorporated into key rings and toys, causing schoolboy crazes across the country. Now you can relive these classic sounds, or try them out for the first time.
Warning: Excessive use of Sound Blaster may cause extreme irritation to the opposite sex.

Brins0net_EventSounds is a simple program to modify the registry entries concerning the sounds made on certain events inside the Windows Mobile operating system, such as the sound played when an error occurs, or when you open a program.
To enable the new events on your device, run the program, then reboot. Once rebooted, open it again to configure the new sound events. Sound files can be stored anywhere on the device, or a connected storage card, although I’d recommend keeping them on the device.
Since this program modifies registry entries, there is always an element of danger, and things could go wrong. Although the developer has tried to deal with all of the possibilities where problems occur, some configurations may cause problems, so try it @ ur own risk.
