Premier League Pocket 2010 is a new Windows Phone App to keep you updated on the various stats from the English Premier League. If you want to keep track of the stats from your favorite EPL clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool FC then you will love this app. I did find some info on the app which contradicted with the dates mentioned on the EPL website and since the new season will only start on the 14th the app has got no data at the moment but as the matches are played the app will fetch data from the developers server.
The app comes from the same developers who gave us the F1 and MotoGP app
Good news for our German readers , WP7 will have a Bundesliga app and today you can see an early look at the interface. Plz keep in mind the app is still in development and so you will see some bugs ( all the icons will look the same , etc ) but the app is not bad for an early preview via reddit ( thanks gcaughey, love all the WP7 goodies you post on reddit )
See the video via xaml-kru.com ( you will need Silverlight )
We have see a lot of Wordcup related apps over the past few weeks and now here is a new rather good looking windows mobile game. The aim is to keep the ball in the air for as long as you can. You bounce the ball by flicking your phone upwards. Obviously ‘the ball’ is virtual not physical, so the game uses your phone’s accelerometer and some quite clever software to know the virtual trajectory of the ball.Timing is everything. Vibration and sounds alert you to the descent of the ball. The harder you flick the higher it goes. For every successful bounce you score a point. There are five skill levels for this game.

Fifa World Cup 2010 is almost here and if you havent already found an app for it on your windows phone , you might want to look at the new WordldCup app by José Gallardo Salazar. The app looks really nice with finger friendly controls and best of all its free. This app requires a touch-screen device with Windows Mobile and the Microsoft .Net Compact Framework 3.5. He has also developed some sort of Panoramic Framework that allowed him to develop this app, I am sure other developers for Windows Phone would love to learn more about it , head over to his website for more info.
