Samsung Application Store Development Challenge Winners were recently announced. According to CareAce.net. The awarded apps are going to be distributed through Samsung application store starting from Dec. 25. 2009 for FREE until end of April. 2010. Congrats to CareAce for getting the Silver prize amongst the Italian Applications for their DialerAce 3D app.

Does anyone else think that Samsung is putting the MS Marketplace to shame .. Looks like Samsung understands the importance of keeping developers happy and promoting their app store. Share your thoughts in the comments section..
Have you guys see what samsung has done with their app store. It looks bloody brilliant. I don’t own a Samsung device but you have to love what they have come up with. The web app store is nothing to write home about but they have a PC app that got me all excited..
Kies brings a lot to the table, video and photo editor , integration with youtube, Contacts manager, etc but in this video we look at the App Store Module. One of the stand out feature was if the app is not compatible with your device the buy button gets disabled. Here is a short video of the module. It will only work with Samsung Devices and the AppStore Module is only avilable in selected countries like the UK.
