Here is a simple app that helps you to randomize wallpapers on your windows phone. WaPaC is a windows phone app by
Rapid81 from xda-developers. The app can scheduled wallpaper changing on WM’s Today and on Sense. The developer has also tested on Samsung Omnia 2 with Sense 2.5 and everything is working fine.
Features:
- maximum 10000 pictures from multiple folders
- changeable interval from 10 to 720 minutes (12 hours)
- chooseable user interface to change background (Today and Sense)
- same wallpaper for the 2 UI or not
- start with Windows possibility
- not use memory at all, the changing starts with schedule and then quit
- separate settings application (only WVGA resolution supported yet)
- you can start/stop the scheduling in the settings app

Graymi from xda-developers have released a new tool called BGSwitchPPC . What this windows mobile software does is choose a random image from a preset directory (different directory for portrait/landscape images – to allow for correct dimensions – can be the same dir if you’re not fussed) and sticks it in as your Today Screen background image.

Mobi Cocktail is a free Mobile Cocktail reference application for Windows Mobile devices. There are various Bacardi Cocktails Recipes that you can browse through anywhere, anytime right on your mobile windows phone. It does NOT require a data connection as the databse for these drinks are stored locally. Thus there is no option to add entries to this app. You have an option to share those recipes with your friend with just a click of a button.
