We once had the same application of changing operator’s name to our choice on the Symbian devices & always missed it on pocketpc devices. Thanks to CodyPPC
From PPCGEEKS, who made the whole thing practical. The interface is quite easy & simple to bring the required change.

NOTE : Apologies to codyppc as I misinterpreted the post @ xda-dev thinking the application was developed by NP9660

The folks @ xda-dev ( developer was actually from PPCGeeks ) are always finding new way to to customise the Windows Mobile devices. Here is a handy little application developed by ~~NP9660~~ codyppc that will let you change the operator’s name on your device. As soon as you finish installing it will ask you to enter the name that you want to use.
