LastPass has pushed out an update for the LastPass Windows Phone 7 app improving in overall performance and adding new features and some UI changes. The app itself is free but you will need a LastPass Premium subscription to use the app after 14 days. Some of the new features include ability to tap-and-hold on a site entry to easily access the “copy username” and “copy password” functions. There are also reports that suggest if u have the app remember the password, it would NOT ask you for a PIN when you run the application, so anyone using the phone will be able to access the data, an update is on its way which should fix that.

Application that will allow you to carry your LastPass data around with you.

- Built-in browser that will automatically fill your login information for each of your saved LastPass sites.
- Fills out contact/billing forms with a click of the button
- 14 day free trial, requires $12/year LastPass Premium subscription afterwards

Cryp2pass is a password manager app for Windows Phone that gives you the option to generate passwords on the fly with the shake to generate feature. You can store your passwords AES256-encrypted or generate your passwords on demand by refence fields. The devs have informed us the app is on sale during the easter days for $0.99, The normal price is $2.99

Cryp2pass does manage your passwords for your accounts, wallets and more. But you don’t have to save all your passwords in the database. You only need to remind two passwords, one for unlocking the app and one masterpassword to generate the passwords on the fly for your accounts. Cryp2pass is using AES256 for saving your data and SHA256 algorythms to generate the passwords.

Password Manager according to the developer is a simple and elegant all in one password manager with Dropbox Sync functionality and PC sync. You can easily store your internet passwords, bank details, credit card details or miscellaneous information. Passwords can be synced with PC using Dropbox, edit with MS EXCEL and then synced back with phone making data entry super easy.

Features:

Secure encrypted database using AES 256
Password categorized into four pivots, internet, credit/debit cards, Banks and miscellaneous for easy retrieval.
Dropbox sync supported, so you can backup to the cloud and restore the password database from Dropbox.
Passwords available on PC or on the web. This works if you upload an Excel version (XML) of the password database to Dropbox.
Passwords can be created in Excel and then synced with the phone app via Dropbox, so that it would be easy to load all your data to the phone.

eWallet GO : stand-alone WP7 Password Manager

eWallet by iliumsoft must be a familiar name for the guys ans gals coming from Windows Mobile. Its a secure information manager a.k.a it remembers those complex passwords and sensitive data for you and keeps it hidden from prying eyes. One thing I expect from this app is missing … PC – Phone Sync. If you are a eWallet user its quite likely you might be having the PC client and you would have synced this data with your ( iPhone, Windows Mobile client ) but the WP7 app is a stand-alone app, which means you cannot sync your data from PC to phone ( could be a Microsoft restriction ) . That said if you are not an eWallet user and have to get a Password Manager and enter the data from scratch then eWallet GO for WP7 might be worth the look. It does have some good features like back to to Dropbox, ready-to-use templates, 256 AES encryption. As for me I use Roboform , so will someone release a Roboform client for WP7 already .. I would buy you a beer :)

Its also important to note the devs plan to release a free conversion tool will allow customers to move wallets from eWallet 7 on Windows PC to eWallet GO! on their Windows Phone 7 device.
