If you happen to stroll by Federation Square in Melbourne yesterday ( 31/03/2012 ) chances are you would have seen a huge TV and a lot of people gathered to try out the Augmented Reality game with Angry Birds, a virtual dance off with Timomatic or see a Kangaroo take directions from a virtual voice, this virtual Augmented Reality was powered by the Xbox Kinect and was organized to promote the Nokia Lumia in Melbourne. I was told the event started off at 9:00 AM and will be up and running till 7:00 PM , I strolled in at around 2:15 or so. There was a small gathering there , mainly kids waiting to have a crack at the Angry Birds and have a dancing session with Timomatic.
