.NET is a major development platform for Windows Mobile and now a Company by the name of MonoTouch has released a new tool. MonoTouch allows developers to create C# and .NET based applications that run on the iPhone and can take advantage of the iPhone APIs as well as reusing both code and libraries that have been built for .NET as well as existing skills. MonoTouch requires a Mac and Apple’s iPhone SDK to test on the emulator and deploy on the device. And you will need to be an Apple iPhone developer to deploy on the device. But , MonoTouch requires a Mac and Apple’s iPhone SDK to test on the emulator and deploy on the device. So now porting apps from WinMo to iPhone will be a breeze.

According to WMExperts Microsoft has updated to .NET CF from 3.5 to 3.7, and the .cab file which is rumored to be extracted from the leaked WM6.5 ROMS over @ xda-developers. We dont have any info on what are the new or updated features of this version. Get it from PPCGeeks or XDA.

Seems like a good idea if you just want someone to call you back without disturbing them with the ring.
