Mobinnova the manufacturer behind the products like iMate Ultimate 8502 and 9502 has introduced a new Windows Mobile device called ICE. First impressions….. meh. Its not looking that cool. According to pocketnow ” It’s got a 3 inch flush touch screen, accelerometer, 256MB ROM/128MB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, TV-out, GPS, MicroSD slot, Triband 3G, Quadband GSM, and a custom interface running on top of Windows Mobile 6.1. ” User Interface on this device is : mobiToday, mobiFeel and mobiShift controls.

One intresting thing to notice is the difference between the 1st and last images. Notice the navigational pad missing from the 1st image. I wonder if its OLED display navigationl pad ( like Optimus Maximus Keyboard ). Imagine the possibility when you play music the navigational pad changes to music controls, neat huh. OR it might just be a backlight that goes on when the device switches on -_-

There are also reports that Sony Ericsson is going to leave HTC and go with Mobinnova as the smartphone production partner.
