Microsoft just announced a new strategic partnership. This time Microsoft has teamed up with Barns&Nobles to create a new experience of reading.
Barns&Nobles will bring their Nook service into a subsidiary. The subsidiary is will build upon the strong history of both companies in digital reading technologies. The new subsidiary has yet to be named, for now it is still Newco. [click to continue…]
