Remember Microsoft Recite ? It was a great app. It lets you record audio notes and then search through them by saying a keyword to use to search through your audio files. But now Microsoft decides to kill the project. Recite app on Windows Mobile smartphones everywhere will stop working by the end of 2009. Guide to transfer your files from your mobile device to your PC : http://recite.microsoft.com/Pages/Faq.aspx. Do you think they will bring this back in WM7 or will it be something like Deepfish ?
Users of Microsoft Recite will have to download the latest version if they want to continue using the app. In case you haven’t heard of recite, it lets you record voice notes which can be recalled later through voice recognition. It’s an automatic way of searching through voice notes for the particular note you’re looking for. Just say a few tag words and Recite will retrieve the note with that information for you. This update has a some gfx changes and stability fixes.
