BigScreenGlobal.com recently demoed their upcoming WP7 client for byRemote, the also have a PC version which according to them is an software for accessing your Media Center EPG over a web browser – and allows you to View the complete EPG as well as Scheduling Series and One Time Recordings at the click of a button. The idea behind the WP7 byRemote is that it can communicate directly with Windows 7 Media Center ( as long as the byRemote Host service is running on the PC ) – and allows you to browse your EPG ( a.k.a the Electronic program guide , that is the menus displaying scheduling information for current and upcoming programming that you can see on your TV if you hit the program guide button on the remote ) and more importantly allows the user to schedule and manage TV program recordings.

Some of the features demoed include :

Viewing Current TV program guide

View TV program guide sorted by TV stations

Remotely initiate Record request

Manage existing queue

Manage the files downloaded to your PC

Check storage stats for the PC

Manage multiple PC via your WP7

Search ( Basic and Advance mode )

Its a new Pocket Pc freeware application that brings Windows Media Center on Windows Mobile. You can use it to listen to music, watch pictures, play videos and keep up with RSS feeds/podcasts/vodcasts, all on your Windows Mobile device.
