OpenStreetMap.org Maps client for Windows Mobile. This Pocket pc software was developed by Cipher from xda-developers.
Features :
It’s finger friendly and showing the map on fullscreen.
GPS support and GSM triangulation (if no GPS device is present) is built in.
The downloaded map tiles are stored on your phone/storage and only new ones are downloaded.

Navizon
Navizon is a free peer to peer wireless positioning app for your Windows Mobile device and it’s just been updated. The Navizon network is based on a collaborative database. Members with a GPS device can use Navizon to map the Wi-Fi and cellular landscape in their neighborhoods. Once they synchronize their data, it is made available to all the other users of the network. Google Maps 3.2.1
Google Maps has been updated with places of interest and favorite places. The layers system introduced in the last version has also been optimized. See the changelog below and download after the jump.
New features:
* Places of interest: Selectable icons and labels on the map allow you to choose prominent businesses or places of interest in order to see business info, reviews, photos, Wikipedia articles, and a lot of other local information. To select an icon or label, use the 5-way pad or joystick to pan it to the center of the screen or tap it on touchscreen phones.
* Favorite Places (English only): Explore the favorite places of local experts from cities around the world. Find out where they like to go, and why, from their own perspectives. From the Maps main menu, go to ‘Layers’ > ‘More Layers’ > ‘Favorite places.’

* Layers: The “More Layers” list of layers is now organized as a tree of layer categories.
