The HD Mini Lockscreen has been successfully Ported to VGA and WVGA Resolution windows mobile phones by michyprima from xda-developers. The hack comes with a warning label. From what I understand the hack does not support many languages ( English is one of the supported language )
Warning : YOU MUST DISABLE PIN (ON DEVICE NOT SIM CARD) BEFORE INSTALLING OR YOU’LL HAVE TO HARD RESET TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE.
ScreenSaver is a simple application that runs in the background. When the device is plugged in (ActiveSync or mains) it pops to the foreground and displays the time (more to come). To hide it, swipe down the screen, to close it, swipe up the screen (note, if OS < 6.5, tap minimizes, there's not close as yet). It uses your device settings for time (IE, 24 hour/AMPM/whatever) so there's nothing to change.
Requirements:
WM6.5+ device (touchscreen only)
20kb storage, (up to) 200kb free RAM (on a WVGA device, so less on smaller resolutions) (up to) 2MB free RAM with wallpaper.
To do:
Add a nice start menu icon (anyone fancy making one?)
Add icons for notifications
Possibly make it a lockscreeny like thing
Possibly add an image that gets slid down (rather than just hoping that will minimize it)
PocketShield is an intelligent device locking application. It prevents accidental touch on the phone screen and hardware keys specially when it is turned on not precisely by you. For example: when receiving calls, email notifications, SMS, alarms, battery alerts, reminders, etc. As you may have experienced, PocketPCs “wake up” whenever any of these events occur, they will also wake up when batteries are low, and randomly when phone signal changes antenna depending on your location. But the problem is: What if the phone is inside your pocket in that moment? Touch screens will take any touch over it as a user input, and arbitrary “touching” could cause many undesired results!
Updates in the new version :
Added slide-down / slide-up from any point of the screen (setup at Settings > Unlock > With slide > +)
Improved landscape display mode (notification icons and power action buttons)
Auto detect caller ID picture size. The legacy Outlook (low resolution) pictures will not be displayed in fullscreen to prevent distortion.
Default setting for auto-rotation is now 0 (disabled). To always wake up in portrait must set HKLM\…\ROTATE=2
Added support for Manila (TF3D) Music player (for “Except when” permissions). Now you can play TF3D Music in screen off and locked.
Improved integration with Windows Media Player (for “screen off” operations)
Changed: ViewMode with “tap screen” replaced by “with any button press” (with tap activated too easily when bringing out from pocket or case)
Changed: If an app which is in the “Except when” list is active, when you power off device PS will close that application to prevent battery drain risk. This is the safe mode, to use the traditional(unsafe if not aware) way set HKLM\…\ADVEXCEP=1
New higher quality icons for WM 6.5 Start menu
Fixed Settings black screen on specific ROMs with Sense 2.1/2.5 [issue in 3.2.6 only]
Fixed Settings not loading when SBP Shell 3D acceleration enabled [issue in 3.2.6 only]
Faster loading of settings [compared to 3.2.6]
SMS notifications improved
Extra setup/tuning option for light sensor unlocking
We did review an older version of the app a while back . Get more info about and download it from PocketShield.net. You can get this app for $14.99 and they do have a trial version with limited theme support and a nag screen.

This is a WM6.5 Lockscreen skin which comes with the HTC Mega. It should work on all the QVGA devices running WM6.5. This was extracted by xda2_haseeb.
TouchLockPro is a general purpose locking application for Windows Mobile devices. TouchLockPro is designed not to interfere with running applications and is a multipurpose locking application. Other locking solutions are often specific for locking only incoming calls/SMS. A lot of locking solutions also place a (transparant looking) Window on top of the running application (e.g. slide 2 unlock), so the information of the background application is no longer visible. This is not the case for TouchLockPro, so it can be kept lean and mean. Also the used resources is very very low.
Version 2.7.4 (26-9-2009):
* Fixed serious problem, that TouchLockAction would no longer start after reset to defaults.

* No longer do a power off request, when only the screen goes off
* Reintroduced EnableInputAtSuspend, for people who want the power button locked when power off in combination with HTCLockAPI = 1
* No longer enable input at suspend, only in combination with setting HTCLockAPI = 1 and EnableInputAtSuspend = 1
* Added !TOUCHLOCKACTION command
* Debug logging now also prepends the date in the log file, for easier investigation
