S2U2 (Slide2Unlock2) is a simple lock/unlock pocket pc freeware application which has the iPhone style slide unlocking. It can be used as a screensaver while you don’t use your device. And it’s has a CallerID function (but some devices may not work, so please try it first); S2P control plugin; and volume control.

Prerequisition:
- WM5 Phone or WM6/6.1 Professional devices
- free RAM: at least 1M for QVGA; 4M for VGA

Command Switch of iLock2:
iLock2.exe accepts the following command switches:
-slide to start/invoke S2U2
-nomsg to not to show any message even it closes itself & S2U2
-refresh to reload the registry settings & restart S2U2
-reset to reset the unread counts of SMS, MMS, email & vmail

After Koushik Dutta posted the Stylus Sensor API new applications exploiting these features were going to surface @ xda-dev it was just a matter of time and here is one of the first Stylus Sensor application by ZuinigeRijder. Its a lock / unlock utility for devices like HTC Touch Pro / Diamond. Its got a bit of a learning curve than the other lock application.

How to use:
* Choose your “stylus lock mode”, by using the method above
- e.g. if you want to put the TD in your pocket, enable “stylus lock mode”
- e.g. if you have your TD lying on the table, disable “stylus lock mode”
- e.g. you can also use always the “stylus lock mode” when your are fine to take out the stylus for unlocking (you do not need to operate the Power button anymore)

But it assumes S2U2 is installed at \Program Files\S2U2.

Lets look @ the android’s Lock/Unlock utility

Now wouldn’t that look good on your PPC , well here is the first step to make that a reality its called Organic Lock, Its not the exact copy of that but its the start of something that might evolve in to a gr8 PPC application.

The app works as an addition to a standard locker (and possibly any other, that properly sets lock flag in registry). It starts immediately when standard locker unlocks the screen. Then the sequence entering screen is shown, where you need to repeat the configured sequence by taping the moving shapes.
Locker does not consume any resources while screen is locked. It is only activated when unlock is initiated. Device can be automatically locked after soft-reset (configurable).

Current version is in beta stage, so chances are there might be some quirks here and there.
Would be nice if somebody tested it on various devices and reported how it performs.
