chriscsh from xda-developer has released a series of WM6.5 Home screen tools. Titanium CommManager is the 1st one in this series. It adds a CommManager on to the Titanium home screen. This is only for QVGA and the default wm6.5 theme. You need install the Mortscript first for this to work.
