SmartIP is a free app for Windows Mobile that shows IP information as country, city, latitude, longitude, area code, and region name based on an IP address. Unlike most of the databases, this one is very accurate (97%). The provider of the database is Maxmind, which is considered one of the best geoIP location databases around.

Setting up the application:

Install the cab, then execute the application. Uncompress the database, locate the GeoLiteCity.dat! Now you are ready to search.
