dena994 from xda-developers has released a new HTC Sense 2.5 Theme named Metal-Carbon. More info and download from the xda-dev thread. Looks like its for WVGA only ( dont know if it will work with other resolutions )

Installation:
- Just install the attached cab and allow restart.
- It’s not necessary disable HTC Sense.
Revert to defaults:
If you don’t like the new clouds and want to back to default ones, just uninstall from Settings/System/Remove Programs… and restart the device.

You can see many sites using snowfall animation on their site during the Christmas season ever wanted to do that to your phone ? If your answer is yes then read on to find out how it is done. Kudos to Pocketnow for the find. According to them it should work on WVGA ROMs with HTC Sense 2.5. Plz note that this will replace one of the stock animated wallpapers (the one with circles) and uninstalling will NOT bring that old wallpaper back.

Dual Clock
Install Instructions :
Disable your TouchFLO under Today –> Settings,
install the .cab
reboot the device
re-enable TouchFLO.
To toggle between the 3 screens (regular clock, analog-only or both), simply tap the area below the HTC Task Manager.
Known issues:
Does not play nicely in landscape Mode
analog clock shows “AM” ( even when its PM ) [ next update should fix this ]
