HG-Entine 0.3.1

HG-Entine 0.3.1

ShaWn.cz created a holographic engine that lets you interact with your accelerometer and screen in a 3D-like atmosphere. The project is in very early development stage, but with further enhancements it could turn into a very impressive app. This version is more like a demo and contains a preview hologram environment with cube creation and movement.

How to draw cube:

- Push the position where you want to start and by holding stylus on display move wherever you want
- Okay, now you have a square, push stylus to display and move on x-axis to define back side
- Final stage, repeat step 2 for define front side

How to move cube:

- In this version you can move only with last created cube
- Simply select Move Tool in Features menu and slide or click to destination

Note: Only for WVGA resolution.

DredSensor
Historically, if you have tried to play a game needing left/right keys on an HTC Touch Diamond, you noticed that they are 2mm wide which resuls in many mishits. Dredger97 decided to write a program allowing you to lock these 4 key actions and replace it by classical key events (VK_LEFT, VK_RIGHT, etc). That way, you can play tetris and use “Pick-Up” and “Hang-Up” keys for going left and right.

He also extended it to let you configure each app independently and choose between four (five) modes:

* “HardKeySimul”: replace the 4 keyz by classical key event
* “Launcher”: allow you to quicklaunch 4 app (that you define in the config wnd) when you double tap (not click, just tap) on one of those 4 keyz
* “Scroll”: allow you to scroll the current window by tapping those 4 keyz panel
* “KeySimul”: allow you to send left/right/up/down events by tapping those 4 keyz panel
* “— Disabled —”: Disable specific HTC Touch Diamond Sensor functionalities.

Note: Now DredSensor should be compatible with other devices than HTC Touch Diamond. Please visit developer’s thread for full instructions and tips. You never know what can happen from trying to remap keys. So as a warning, we would like to mention that using such an app on an untested device, may result in the need for a hard reset. The best thing you can do is ask questions to the developer or in the XDA thread if you’re not sure you want to take the risk.
