I love my Nokia Lumia 800 but what frustrates me more than anything is its internally sealed battery. I have had a Nokia update that was ‘supposed’ to increace battery life and improve performance. Swing and a miss in my opinion! Yesterday a fellow journalist and I were discussing the upcoming firmware that has been released on NaviFirm+ and if the new firmware cures the issues that really matter to the end user?

Dell Venue Pro getting Firmware as well as NoDo

Good news for Dell Venue Pro users! Its a double whammy! With the HD7 getting its shot of NoDo, looks like Dell Venue Pro is also jumping in. In this tweet from Lionel Menchaca, Chief Blogger for Dell Inc. he states that the NoDo update is coming soon and the firmware update that would fix a few outstanding issues with the DVP is coming later. Apparently Dell folks still have to finalize the details of the firmware upgrade.
