moBudget is a budgeting and expense tracking application for Windows Phone, they have updated the app to version 3.0 which makes it mango ready. Here is a list of the new features

• Added option for transaction notes
• Added integrated Handyscan engine for scanning transactions receipts
• Added “See” link for deficit warnings which take you to the Balance view
• Added possibility for transaction reminders (which will show as system notifications once Mango is released)
