WM-Dict
WM-Dict is a pocket pc freeware cross-language dictionary designed to help you rapidly find a translation of a term from one language to another language.
Languages supported:
• Chinese,English,
• Chinese-German
• Chinese-Serbian, etc
In WM-Dict, you also simply type in the term you want to translate. You will see a list of possible translations. Select the term you are interested in, and more information on the translation is displayed. If you have navigation buttons for left, right, up and down, including a pressing of a center button, WM-Dict responds. For example, after typing in a word, press down on the down navigation button. This will select the first word in the list of possible matches. Continue to press the down key until you find the term you are looking for.

WordNetCE
We dont usually come across many freeware dictionary software for Windows Mobile Pocket PC. WordNetCE 2.7 is a English dictionary that makes use of the WordNet 2.1 Database. Its got a very powerful client to search for words with advance search features like wildcard, regular expression, anagram, scrabble, etc. another feature is the British/US spelling. Formatted, colour-coded results with hyperlinked results is a great new addition in the latest version. what more can you ask from a freeware dictionary ? Oh did I mention its VGA compatible as well. Tried it on WM6.1 on my Hermes and it works fine. ( When Installing the cab it will tell you to install .netCF if you have WM6.1 just ignore it coz its pre installed. :)
