Small Calendar is the new application developed by Dragonbfly and powered by Xenialab with Grafish Design: a stylish idea to show all the days of the year according a smart layout, entire avaiable in the palm of the hand. Actually it is possible to look at much more than one year, beause you can choose any year you want just scrolling! Would you like to know which will be your (or the one of your friends) next birthday week day? Are you looking to quickly understand in which day of the week it will occur an important yearly recurrence? The procedure is really simple and fast: just select the month (i.e. June), the day (for instance the 5th) and the App will highlight the associated week day (i.e. Sunday for 2011). If you click on the Year you will be able to choose any year you want. According to your regional settings, the application will change the language automatically. The supported languages are English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.

Google Sync
When you use Gmail as your primary mail and use use Google calendar to organize events on a daily basis, there was no easy to to sync that info to your windows mobile device. But all that is about to change “big G” is one step closer to world domination by offering Google Sync for free on all major mobile platform and surprisingly enough Windows Mobile gets some love too. Its quite easy to setup. Just follow the instructions here :

MiniMonth
A simple today plugin which displays the date and a mini calendar on the today screen. Its a very handy plugin. One issue is that its in Russian so some of us might not be able to use it, but with this trick you can change the language to English.
- Fire up your favorite Registry editor ( or get a free one here )
- Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/ Software/Bronenos/MiniMonth/
- Change the value of the key English to 1
- Reboot
