Birthday Reminder is finger-friendly application that will keep you reminded with your contact’s birthday, anniversaries and other events. Birthdays and Anniversaries are taken from Outlook database. Additional special events can be stored in connected contact’s body or in special database. Application at specified time remind you about incoming events. It also remind you about incoming Outlook tasks.

BdaySMS is a windows mobile freeware that can automatically send Birthday wishes to your buddies. BdaySMS is still a beta, if if you find any bugs plz let the developer know about it. BdaySMS basically allows a user to set up time when the device will wake up and check if there are any bdays(after 2 hrs) and if there is then it will send a user configurable message to that contact. BdaySMS also allows the user to add all his contacts birthdays from contact list to the calendar as an appointment.
Plz note that BdaySMS will send messages to only those contacts who have been added through this app.

All of know that the contact field in the Windows Mobile Contact list has an option to add the birthday and anniversary date for contacts so why is it that this information not imported directly in to our calendar. With this freeware application for Windows Mobile it automagically adds that info to your calendar.
Notes: This will create a recurring event from the run-date forward. The recurring date will begin this year (if the date hasn’t passed yet), or next year.
