Specify locations (based on GSM/UMTS Cell-ID) where WiFi will be activated automatically (and turned off when you leave)
Specify locations where Bluetooth will be activated automatically (and turned off when you leave) or the otherway around (for headset/carkit usage).
Specify locations where your ringer should be turned off or to vibrate (and back to previous state when you leave)
Run a user-specified program when in specified location (and the choice of killing it when you leave).
Name the Cell’s so it’s a little less confusing.

You can add your current location or walk around for 60seconds in your house to add all used GSM/UMTS-cellsites. (You have to add them both if your in a low 3g-signal area)

JTdLnch is a program launcher that uses animated transitions to switch between different pages of program shortcuts.
Here is the explanation of all the tabs available in the settings menu, which can be found under Start Menu>Programs>JTdLnchSet. ( via freewarepocketpc.net and pocketnow )
Tab 1 (Pages):
This is the foundation of the launcher. Before adjusting anything else, you will want to create a new page. To achieve this, simply enter a title for the new page on the first line of this tab. Then, select the preferred launcher pattern. The left box is the pattern set for portrait mode, the right is for landscape. Experiment with a few until you find one you like (previews can be viewed on dev’s site). Next, click “add” and you’ll see the entry displayed in the bottom window. If you decide to change the pattern later, be sure to click edit after making the changes or they may not take.

If you’d like to configure the favorites, icons etc. find the installation folder – usually in Program Files and look for files:
Favorites.txt – add any application to the list and you should see it in favorites,
Icons/Icons.txt – will assign new icons to apps (name, icon). You can add any png 48×48 or 32×32 image – see Icons folder.
Exclude.txt – add app to the list and it will be excluded from the app list.
It was created for the Omnia which is a WQVGA device, it should also work on QVGA device as well. This version has no support for VGA and WVGA but future versions might support it.
